How Do I Join?

Step One: Beginner's Class

First, come on down for a free beginner's class. Our class schedule will tell you when you can turn up. You can attend as many as you'd like, to get a taste of CrossFit workouts and to see if CFNYC might be a good fit for you.

Step Two: Elements

Your next step is an Elements Workshop, a month-long series of 8 classes, which will teach you the basic techniques (including key movements from gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and kettlebelling) and ramp you up to full CrossFit intensity. Elements Workshops are a mandatory pre-requisite for general membership, and cost $300.

Step Three: Full Membership

After Elements, you can join as a full member, attending as many WOD classes throughout the week as you'd like.
